Shipping

All items sold on KenyaFowler.com are either digital downloads or drop-shipped. Therefore I have no control over the shipping speed.

Digital downloads are immediately available once you payment has processed. Physical items usually ship between 5-9 business days.

If you wish to have a custom piece created please contact me via the email at kenya_brooke@yahoo.com. All custom orders have a 5-7 day turn around unless previously discussed. 

Returns/Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, KenyaFowler.com does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on these items.

If you have an issue with a physical product please contact me so that we may work together to resolve the issue.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for KenyaFowler.com. This notice applies solely to information collected by this website.

KenyaFowler is the sole owner of information collected on the site and we are only able to see the information that you voluntarily provide us with. The information you provide will only be used to ship your packages, inform you of discount codes, sales, etc. It will NOT be sold to a third party.

While placing an order with KenyaFowler you will be asked to provide your name, email address, physical address, payment information, etc. This information is used to fulfill your order and will be used to contact you should a problem arise with your order. I take precautions to protect the information that you provide me. When you submit information via the website it is protected both online and offline.

Wherever I collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to me in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address on the webpage.
